Dr Claude Alvares is the Director of Central Secretariat of Organic Farming Association of India.
We met Dr Claude Alvares in India about 10 years ago when we visited Southern India for Natural Farming. He is the expert who led us to the organic farming in India and arranged a visit to an organic farm where we saw how farmers in India grow their crops with earthworms and other organic solutions.
Dr Claude visit Penang off and on, but we haven’t met him since than. He was impressed with the development of Natural Farming by Hulu Yam Fresh and shown his interest to visit Hulu Yam but than we haven’t seen him in Hulu Yam yet.
